Why a "boarding school" system?

Nepal and Japan have vastly different lifestyles and perceptions of time. Simply attending classes for a few hours a few times a week will not equip you with the discipline and manners required in the Japanese workplace. At Hayabusa Nepal, all candidates awaiting entry into the country are required to live in a fully residential dormitory. They share meals and live under the same rules. This intense period of time creates individuals who will "avoid causing trouble" and "quickly adapt" upon arrival in Japan.
